The SFMTA Potrero Bus Yard replaces the existing 100+ year old transit facility located in San
Francisco at 2500 Mariposa Street. The project will include a 4 story [plus basement] bus
maintenance, storage, and training facility to service the city's bus transit fleet. This new 700,000+ sq/ft facility requires electrical, ductbanks/excavation, traffic control, and low voltage systems including PA, Noise Mitigation, DAS, ERRCS, Fire Alarm, Tele/Data, CCTV/Card Access and AV.

This project is subject to a PLA. Contractors performing scope claimed by one of the Unions that are party to the PLA will need to comply with the PLA.

CEI is seeking quotations from Union construction contractors, licensed and certified subcontractors, and suppliers in the electrical, low voltage, telecom, fire alarm, security, crane & rigging, NETA testing, Civil and excavation DBE, SBE, certified.
