PURPOSE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide sex offender specific evaluative and clinical services to adults and additional psycho-educational services to non-offending/supportive individuals who intend to assist in the offender’s overall self-management plan to reduce the risk of reoffending to achieve the ultimate goal of family reunification. It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to multiple vendors. Preference will be given Proposers with a Rockland location or ability to conduct some or all of the services at a Rockland location or to a vendor able to open a Rockland location within 60 days of contract execution.
