D.A. Collins Construction Co., Inc. (DAC) welcomes quotes from all qualified subcontractors, services, material suppliers, and trucking firms for complete or portions of the work for all phases.

DAC is bidding as a prime contractor on the D265466 Overhead Sign Replacements in Albany Co project to NYSDOT on 03/27/2025 at 10:30AM. DAC is actively seeking and encouraging Certified New York Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, as well as any other interested subcontractors and/or suppliers, to submit quotes on this project.

In accordance with Federal Regulations 49 CFR 26 and NYSDOT Standard Specifications §102-12, effective for projects let on or after February 20, 2025, all DBE subcontractors, including those providing work services and professional services, submitting quotes are required to complete and sign (digital signatures are not acceptable) form AAP 20.

In accordance with Federal Regulations 49 CFR 26 and NYSDOT Standard Specifications §102-12, effective for projects let on or after February 20, 2025, all DBE trucking firms submitting quotes are required to complete and sign (digital signatures are not acceptable) form AAP 23.

In accordance with Federal Regulations 49 CFR 26 and NYSDOT Standard Specifications §102-12, effective for projects let on or after February 20, 2025, all DBE manufacturers/fabricators, equipment rental firms, material suppliers, distributors and brokers submitting quotes are required to complete and sign (digital signatures are not acceptable) form AAP 22.
