This Bid Package is for the relocation of the metered electrical service at Sunrise Parking at 6155 W. 98th St, Los Angeles, CA. New underground facilities will require installation in multiple phases. for the ATMP Roadway Project at LAX. This scope generally includes but is not limited to:

• Conduit, ductbanks, risers, handholes, pullboxes, vaults, racking, concrete encasement, reinforcing steel

This Bid Package is for the Engineering, Permitting, Manufacturing, Delivery and Installation and Commissioning of seven (7) Modular Buildings in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Also included in this scope is the design and permitting of the building foundations, for the ATMP Roadway Project at LAX. This scope generally includes but is not limited to:

• Modular building fabrication including but not limited to, design, permitting, fabrication, delivery to site, and placement of modular
buildings and secured to the foundations
• Commissioning the buildings upon connection to the utilities and services
• Foundation Engineering and permitting
