New TK - Kindergarten Building:
Work is to include, but not limited to the following: soil testing, clearing, ripping and grading, cultivation, soil amending and leaching, furnish and plant plants and trees, fertilization, turfgrass installation/hydroseed/renovation, weeding, staking, clean-up and maintenance.


Electrical Service Upgrade:
Installation of new utility transformer pad and underground conduit, new main switchboard and housekeeping pad, and backfeed of existing main electrical service panel
