Walsh Construction Company is soliciting bids for the RIDOT Washington Bridge Replacement project.
This project includes, but is not limited to replacement of the RIDOT Bridge No. 700
Washington Bridge, completion of two (2) bridges (Bridge No. 126601 Gano St. on-Ramp and Bridge
No. 126701 Waterfront Drive off-ramp) and all associated highway interchanges from prior Contract
57T-10: I-195 Washington North Phase 2, temporary and permanent utility relocation; installing new
signs and sign structures; reconstructing, replacing, and/or installing drainage structures; upgrading
all existing median and roadside barriers/guardrails within the project limits to current MASH
requirements; resurfacing and roadway/ramp reconstruction. Other work shall include and is not
limited to: drainage construction, landscaping, highway lighting replacement, noise mitigation,
handling and disposing of contaminated materials.
