Stalco is submitting a bid to the Suffolk County Department of Public Works for the Renovation of Existing Toilet Rooms at SCPD HQ - Phase II project and are seeking qualified NYS Certified MBE & WBE subcontractors to provide quotes

This project shall be administered under an Apprenticeship requirement and a minority requirement of 7% MBE & 5% WBE.

Work to include:
Renovate the existing first and second floor multi-occupant toilet rooms located on the South East corner of the building core in order to provide accessible compliance. The work includes: Minor demolition and disposal of walls, ceilings, doors, plumbing fixtures and lighting fixtures as per plans. Furnish and install all new general construction components, including but not limited to; drywall partitions, doors, ceilings, plumbing fixtures and accessories, wall and door finishes, tile flooring and toilet partitions as per plan. Provide wall and door finishes as per finish schedule, provide new door hardware, except cores and provide millwork countertops. Patch and repair any damage to existing partitions and finishes. Furnish and install all mechanical, electrical and plumbing items indicated on plans, including but not limited to; sinks, toilets, piping, smoke detectors, light fixtures, fire alarm components and power outlets.
