Stalco is submitting a bid to the City University Construction Fund for the CUNY Queens College - Queens Hall Library Renovation project and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE, WBE & SDVOB subcontractors to provide quotes.

This project has a minority requirement of MBE/WBE 30% and SDVOB - 6%

The Queens Hall Library Renovation Project entails the full renovation of the library's existing spaces on both the lower and first floors. The former library areas will be repurposed into modern office suites and workspaces. The scope includes the complete demolition and reconstruction of all interior partitions, ceilings, and finishes, as well as the removal and code-compliant replacement of two existing staircases. Upon completion, the lower level will accommodate newly built office suites, while the main floor will comprise individual offices, all featuring updated and contemporary interior finishes.
