Stalco is submitting a bid to the NYC DDC for the Arlington Library Rehabilitation project and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE & WBE subcontractors to provide quotes.

This project shall be administered under a Project Labor Agreement and has a minority requirement of 7% Unspecified, 8% Black & 11% Hispanic

This project consists of HVAC, Fire Alarm, BMS upgrades and modifications to the interior restrooms, public corridor, custodial and mechanical rooms in the Cellar; reconstruction of exterior entrance ramps to achieve full ADA compliance; replacement of all windows and limited masonry replacement and repointing.
