PURPOSE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
The County of Rockland is soliciting proposals from Firms/Consultants interested in providing financial management services to the Rockland County Department of Mental Health in relation to New York State aid from NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH), NYS Office of Addiction Services and Support (OASAS) and NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). The County requires support for the Fiscal Officer functions which include ongoing consultation and technical assistance to ensure Local Government Unit (LGU) compliance in fiscal oversight and management of OMH, OASAS and OPWDD programs.
