The Work consists of: replacement of orchestra pit lift, restroom slab replacement and ADA upgrades, install new fixtures, finishes & lighting, new concrete slab with micro piles, electrical work, under slab waterproofing and below grade concrete crack/joint injection, mechanical equipment upgrades, audio visual improvements, and painting of exterior.

We are seeking quotes from certified MBE/WBE Subcontractors or Suppliers for all scopes, including Final Clean, Survey, Demolition, Concrete, Steel, Framing, Siding, Cabinets, Waterproofing, Insulation, Roofing, Sheet Metal, Doors, Glazing, Drywall, Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Signage, Accessories, Countertops, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Low Voltage, Grading, and Underground Utilities.
