This project is a NJ Turnpike Authority project with HNTB as the CM. This project is for the procurement of a work trestle on the westbound side of the Newark Bay Bridge. Specifically, this package includes the full depth pavement reconstruction at Warehouse Place, construction of the West Trestle Access Ramp/Road, construction of the Eastbound Trestle (EB1), Crossover Trestle and Westbound Trestle with four trestle fingers. Some of the major scopes include: Excavation by the access road, MPT, Milling at Warehouse Place, Paving at Warehouse Place and the West Trestle Access road, the furnishing and driving of 42" x .5" Steel Piles, furnishing and installation of structural steel for the trestle.
