New York City SBS - Contract Award Process

The New York City Department of Small Business Services Procurement Technical Assistance Center (SBS-PTAC) is offering a round of its regular "Selling to Government" webinar series online over the Zoom platform. The second in the four-part series, "Contract Award Process", will cover the details of how contracts are put for bid by government agencies and then awarded to bidders. Attendees will learn more about vendor responsibility requirements, notices of awards and notices to proceed, the contract and negotiation process, all the various required documents, and more. Lessons learned will be applicable not only at the municipal level but the federal and state level as well.
