Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools updating M/W/SBE Contractor and Supplier Database

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools is currently in the process of updating our Contractor/Supplier Database(s).  Please complete the attached Vendor Profile with your most current company and contact information so that your company may continue to receive notifications regarding upcoming bid opportunities, outreach sessions, and/or to appear on listings of available contractors and suppliers for specific scopes of work/services.  Completed Vendor Profile Forms should be remitted to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools via e-mail to any of the contacts listed on the Vendor Profile Form by July 26, 2022.  Please be advised, your company may be deleted from the database if your company contact information has been changed without notice to CMS and we are continuously unable to reach you using the contact information previously provided.

Companies certified as Minority, Women-Owned, and/ or Small Business Enterprise (M/W/SBE) are asked to send a copy of your Certification Certificate and/or Letter of Certification along with your completed Vendor Profile.  If your company is interested in obtaining and/or renewing M/W/SBE Certification, please contact the City of Charlotte at 704-336-4137 for Certification and/or see the following website for certification with the North Carolina Department of Administration for MWBE Certification at https://ncadmin.nc.gov/businesses/historically-underutilized-businesses-hub/certifications.
