City of Chicago announces DBE goals

The City of Chicago has announced its triennial DBE participation goals for federally-assisted transit contracts, covering the period of fiscal years 2023 through 2025. The participation goal has been set at 16.5 percent.

The total value of federally-assisted projects during those fiscal years for the City is expected to be roughly $171,776,000, though that figure may change.

The comment period for the goal is for thirty days following the date of initial publication of the notice, which was June 30th, 2022. Comments may be sent to Aileen Velazquez at Aileen.Velazquez@cityofchicago.org, with the subject line "DBE Goal – CDOT – Public Feedback".
