Phoenix Public Transit publishes DBE participation goal

Phoenix Public Transit has issued a proposed participation goal for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) for fiscal years 2024 through 2026, as it is required to do as a recipient of federal transportation funding. The DBE participation goal for the period has been proposed at 7.83 percent, to be reached through race- and gender-neutral measures.

The proposed goal and the rationale used for setting the goal will be accessible for public review for 30 days following the date of the original publication of the goal, which was on August 4 of 2023. Public comments on the goal will also be received during this 30-day window. Those interested in viewing the goal and the rationale or who have any questions relating to it should contact:
