repair, rehabilitation, furnishing and installing of interior building systems associated with elevators, escalators and elevator machine rooms, including structural steel, interior finishes, guardrails, handrails, door seals, wire mesh panels, enclosures, soffits, safety glazing, waterproofing, gypsum board, signage, access hatches, ledge guards, fire rated penetrations, HVAC,
electrical, fire alarm, plumbing, and fire protection and related Work at public, tenant, and back of house areas of the Transportation Hub and Oculus, and vicinities thereof at the World Trade Center site, New York, New York
