The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide grant management services for the Rockland Community College (RCC). The firm will work closely with the College to enhance, strengthen, and expand their grant capabilities. It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to a single contractor.
