This project consists of supplying all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of interior and exterior improvements for 37 residential units, 1 office and community suites. Work will be done in 10 phases for interior and exterior work. Each phase will have up to 4 units available for construction. Work noted below shall be in conjunction with issued plans for construction. Contractor shall report any discrepancies between construction plans and these general requirements during bid for clarification or assume the most stringent and/or costly option will be used.

Specific Scopes include but not limited to: Demolition, Landscape - Tree Trimming , Flooring, Painting, Framing, Drywall, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, Solar, Doors, Hardware, Cabinets, Countertops, Appliances, Blinds.

We are also looking for Section 3 Business and Section 3 Residents what would like to participate on this project.
