The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of the following; all tools, equipment, material, supplies, manufactured articles, labor, transportation, and required utilities, (included in fuel, power, water and essential communications). All work, performed or other operations required, for the fulfillment of the Contract shall be in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. All work shall be complete, and any work, materials, and services not expressly indicated or called for in the Contract Documents, which may be necessary for the complete and proper construction of all work, shall be provided by the Contractor, as though originally so indicated, at no increase in cost to Vallejo Flood and Wastewater District. Work shown on the Drawings, or indicated in the Specifications, or indicated elsewhere in the Contract Documents is part of the Work, regardless of whether indicated below. Project duration is 1060 Calendar Days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Review DBE requirements. The Engineer’s Estimate is $40,400,000 (for Base Bid and Additive Bid Alternate 1).

Garney Pacific, Inc is proposing on the Vallejo MIPS 3W Effluent Bypass Project, as a Prime General Contractor. We are actively seeking sub-bids on all trades from qualified & certified DBE, DVBE, WBE, MBE, and Local subcontractors & suppliers. Project Documents are available for your review at our office, or you can send request of interest to jstirrat@garney.com, and a link will be provided to the specs/plans. Subcontractors are required to meet insurance and labor requirements provided in the project specifications. Subcontractors may be required to provide 100% Payment and Performance Bonds. For assistance with bonding, insurance, or lines of credit please contact our office. Firms must include small business certification, contractor’s license number, and DIR number with quote.
Outreach Terms & Requirements- Garney Pacific, Inc. will provide FIRMS, if requested, with required assistance in bonding, insurance. Quotes per project bid items must be submitted before the due bid date and time to allow proper evaluation. Quotes are required to be in accordance with project plans, specs, and good for the entire contract duration. The project is a prevailing wage public job. FIRM's quote must consider all terms related to prevailing wages terms. FIRMS must possess and maintain a current contractor license, insurance, and worker compensation coverage during the project 100% payment bond and performance bond for the full amount of the subcontract price may be required. FIRMS that submit their quote explicitly acknowledge and agree to all above terms and responsibilities.
