Airport Terminal Area Redevelopment Phase I: There are three (3) Bid Schedules included for this Project. The scope of work for each consists of the following: Bid Schedule A. Airport Electrical Improvements, Bid Schedule B. Sanitary Sewer Improvements, and Bid Schedule C. Terminal Building Demolition. Engineer’s Cost Estimate: The estimated cost of construction for this Project is listed below for each Bid Schedule. Bid Schedule A: $1,053,160, Bid Schedule B: $365,600, and Bid Schedule C: $327,500. DBE Goals listed in the Notice to Contractors. Contractor must possess Class A license.
