We are seeking proposals from qualified DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for the John O'Connell High School Roof, Wall, Floor Repairs at Gym and Other School Areas project for the San Francisco Unified School District for all trade packages related to the project such as roofing, waterproofing, gym flooring, abatement, grout injection, concrete. The project involves the replacement of existing damaged full gym wood sport flooring and underlayment, cover at gymnasium exterior wall, grout injection throughout the gym floor and up to 6 feet on the walls, repair and replace existing roof with 80mil TPO, and adjust drainage pattern within interior courtyard along with hazardous material abatement.
